A January evening in 2020, I was about to leave the office when I saw this sky through the window. I remember hurrying down the hallway to get a closer look, mesmerized by the light.
I didn’t want to "construct" this piece. Instead, I wanted to let the air of that moment reappear naturally, as if a phenomenon were occurring right there on Pastelmat.
